Noelle Noy

Noelle Noy serves as Chief Financial Officer of MG Properties, where he is responsible for the company's overall financial strategy and operations, including accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, and capital management. Since joining the company, Noelle has held roles across investments, investor relations, and finance, playing an integral role in supporting MG Properties' growth and long-term capital strategy.

Prior to being named CFO, Noelle led the Investor Relations function, overseeing investor communications, financial analysis, and the structuring of equity investments. His diverse experience across the organization provides a unique perspective on the firm's investment platform, capital markets activities, and financial operations.

Before joining MG Properties, Noelle held senior finance, strategy, and real estate roles at both public and private companies. Earlier in his career at Wells Fargo, he managed a $1.6 billion portfolio of multifamily affordable housing (LIHTC) and alternative investments, with responsibilities spanning underwriting, transaction structuring, and asset management. Noelle earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BBA in Finance from the University of San Diego.
