Noelle Noy

Noelle oversees Investor Relations at MG Properties, leading a team that manages relationships with more than 2,000 high-net-worth investors and family offices. He is responsible for investor communications, reporting, analysis, and the equity structuring of investments.

 With over 15 years of experience across real estate, finance, and strategy, Noelle brings deep expertise to capital markets and investor relations. Since joining MG Properties in 2019, Noelle has played a key role in supporting the firm’s growth and capital strategy. Previously, he held senior roles focused on investor relations, M&A, and portfolio management.

 Earlier in his career at Wells Fargo, Noelle managed a $1.6 billion portfolio of multifamily (LIHTC) and alternative investments, with responsibilities spanning underwriting, structuring, and asset management. He earned his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and his BBA in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of San Diego.
