Megan Beierle

Megan Beierle is the Chief Legal Officer at MG Properties, where she oversees all legal and risk management functions for the company. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in real estate law, including in multifamily operations, compliance, litigation, regulatory affairs, and ground-up development. Prior to joining MG Properties in August 2025, Megan served as General Counsel at Irvine Company Apartments, managing legal strategy for a portfolio of 65,000 residential units. 

Megan was previously a partner at Wallace, Richardson, Sontag & Le, where her practice focused both commercial and residential real estate clients, including owners, operators and financial institutions. She is a licensed California attorney and real estate broker, and actively contributes to industry and community organizations, including the California Lawyers Association, California Apartment Association and National Charity League. 

Megan holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and a BBA, cum laude, from The George Washington University.
