Joe Purcella

Joe Purcella is Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Finance at MG Properties, where he leads investor engagement, communications, reporting, capital formation, and equity structuring for the firm’s private syndication investments. In this role, he works closely with MG’s executive, investments, legal, and accounting teams to support transaction execution and provide investors with timely, accurate, and comprehensive support throughout the investment lifecycle.

Joe brings more than 20 years of real estate investment experience across acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, and investor relations. Before joining MG Properties, he held several senior leadership positions at Fairfield Residential, most recently serving as Senior Vice President - Director of Acquisitions Underwriting. In that role, he oversaw underwriting across the firm’s three primary acquisition verticals, with a focus on capital structure, business plan development, and risk mitigation. During his tenure at Fairfield, Joe was involved in more than $6 billion in transaction volume in both lead and support roles. He began his career underwriting commercial and multifamily investment opportunities in markets across the United States.

Joe earned an MBA with an emphasis in Investment Management from Washington State University and served as the Graduate Assistant to the Dean of the College of Business.
