It has been, and continues to be, the
policy of Our Communities, and M.G. Properties to fully comply with
all Federal and State anti-discrimination laws in connection with the
providing of fair and equal access to our rental housing.
This formal notice shall assert our
policy, and remind anyone who may at on our behalf, that in the practice of
providing housing, it is unlawful to indicate or engage in any preference,

To conform to the applicable laws
regarding discrimination in housing, our business policy has been and
remains that we shall never:
Refuse to show, rent, negotiate, or
otherwise make unavailable or deny a unit to any person because of race,

disability (including AIDS), familial status (the presence or minor
children) marital status, or other personal/ arbitrary characteristics, such
as age.
Discriminate against any person in the
terms, conditions, or privileges of rental or in the provision of services
or facilities because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation,
national origin, ancestry, disability (including AIDS), familial status (the
presence or minor children) marital status, or other personal/ arbitrary
characteristics, such as age.
Represent to any person because of
their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin,
ancestry, disability (including AIDS), familial status (the presence or
minor children) marital status, or other personal/ arbitrary
characteristics, such as age, that any dwelling unit is not available for
inspection or rental when such unit is in fact available.
Knowingly enter into an agreement
which imposes any restriction on the race, color, religion, sex, sexual
orientation, national origin, ancestry, disability (including AIDS),
familial status (the presence or minor children) marital status, or other
personal/ arbitrary characteristics, such as age, of persons to whom a
dwelling may be shown or rented.
Refuse to make reasonable
accommodation for a disabled resident, or prospective resident with a
disability, fail to permit modifications to a unit or common areas, or
refusal to make reasonable accommodations in rules, policies, practices, or
services when these accommodations in rules, policies, or services are
necessary to afford the disabled person equal opportunity to use and enjoy a
dwelling or common area. |
